Renzo Gracie Academy Facilities
We are in an fantastic space of over 800 square meters! There are 2 separate matted areas, weights area equipped with olympic bars, pull-up bars, kettlebells as well as free weights. There is a fully equipped juice bar offering energy drinks, smoothies and protein shakes as well as chocolates, energy bars and other things - needed when you are training hard! We have a fully equipped laundry service - so we can sort out that gi before it sorts everyone else out. There are separate men and women changing rooms, each with hot showers.
In addition, we have wireless internet, do some work, chill out, play table-tennis & fusball or just wait & watch what's happening on the mat.
We are open Monday through Saturday, and members are welcome to come at any time.
