Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy

The private class is a one-time 30 min class outlining the basics governing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu theory.

This class serves as a preparatory class to those interested in seriously enrolling at the academy and training at least twice a week in our beginner "Blue B" program (indicated on our schedule).

Private classes run Monday and start sharply @ 5:30pm.

Enrollees should show up at least 15 min prior to intro class time with athletic wear (ie shorts or sweatpants and shirt).

Please write : “INTRO” in the subject line followed by the date and time you would like to come. Please also leave a contact number. For cost information you must come in and speak with one of our Program Directors in person.

We provide hot showers ...(please bring your own towel)

The academy is located at 3rd Floor Tulbach Center, Foreshore, Cape Town.
