4 times world Champion, BJJ Black Belt Penny Thomas is running a women's only self defence seminar on Saturday 28th January from 10am. Guys tell your girlfriends! Everyone welcome - all levels of fitness, and no experience necessary.
Penny is in Cape Town for three weeks till 4th Feb - preparing for the Africa Trials for the Abu Dhabi Pro Championships and assisting us with the womens & kids programs.
